Singing helps me to cheer up. But also not only singing help, there are other things one can engage in that would ease the situation, eg. dancing, playing video games, listening to music, watching tv, bird watching, strolling, boat riding, drinking, stalking on girls and women,boys and men, skate boarding, watching live matches, reading novels or any other interesting book, taking photos, shouting [literary shouting like a mad man], debating, socializing, blogging, networking, analyzing data, typing nothing useful, watching funny clips, updating your social medias, sleeping or even eating e.t.c the list is endless.
